ИЗУЧЕНИЕ РАСПРЕДЕЛЕНИЯ α-СУБЪЕДИНИЦ Na/K-ATФазы В СТРУКТУРАХ МОЗГА КРЫС В МОДЕЛИ ПАРКИНСОНОПОДОБНОГО СИНДРОМА И ПОСЛЕ КОРРЕКЦИИ ГОРМОНОМ ТИМУСАстатья

Аннотация:This research studies the distribution of Na/K-ATPhase α-subunits in rat’s cerebral structures, the activity of such distribution changes upon parkinson-like syndrome. The purpose of the study is to analyze the change in quantity of different isoforms of Na/K-ATPhase α-subunit within parkinson-like syndrome model and after thymus correction with thymulin. The study is performed on 42 six-week-old Wistar rats male. Animals were divided into 3 groups: 2 experimental and 1 control group. To simulate parkinson-like syndrome the solution of 1-methyl4-phenyl-1,2,3,6- tetrahydropyridine (MPTP) was injected intranasal. 10 days after MPTP injection, thymulin thymus hormone was abdominally administered to animals of the one experimental group during 5 days. It is was demonstrated that maximal level of tissue-specific isoforms of Na/K- ATPhase α-subunit was observed in hypothalamus, amygdaloid body and striatum, the minimal level was observed in medial prefrontal and prefrontal cortex. It was estimated that within MPTP- stimulated model of Parkinson's disease statistically valid increase of Na/K-ATPhase α1-subunits quantity in striatum was observed, decrease of α2-subunits quantity in hippocamp and increase of α3-subunits quantity in cerebellum with reference to experimental group. Administration of thymulin thymus hormone corrects the deviation of level α1, α2 and α3-subunits, which are observed against neurotoxin activity.
