Аннотация:The phase diagrams of two liquid systems are compared: RnSi(ОR´)4-n–Me2CO–H2O and RnSiCl4-n–Me2CO–H2O, where R: Me, Ph; R´: – Me, – Et; n = 0 ÷ 2.Mathematical modeling of phase diagrams of these systems based on the UNIFAC and NRTL equations is performed. Heterogeneous regions, the conodes of phase equilibrium, and the compositions of coexisting phases are determined. A satisfactory convergence between the estimates and experimental data is shown using an example of МеSi(ОЕt)3 and Si(OЕt)4. Heterophase is common to both systems due to the mutual insolubility of monomers and water. However, the heterogeneous region of the RnSi(ОR´)4-n–Me2CO–H2O systems is less than RnSiCl4-n–Me2CO–H2O (calculation by UNIFAC). At the same level of acetone concentration, the water concentration in the organic phases of the “alkoxy” systems is higher than in the “chlorosilane” ones.Replacing acetone with ethanol and acetic acid leads to a sharp reduction of the heterogeneous region.
