Аннотация:The aim of this research is to establish relationships between the operational systems elements development levels (classification, seriation, conservation principle understanding and the decenter ability) on the concrete-operational thinking fledging period in preschool children from Russia and China. It is found that the different countries subjects do not surpass each other in terms of developing the classification, seriation, conservation and decentration; there are no statistically significant differences in configurations of operational system elements between the preschool children of different cultural-social conditions (Russia, China). This proves that the spontaneous processes of formation and development of logical thinking operational system is universal.
