- Аннотация: Nowadays, the world is staying at the stage of changing development patterns and looking for the new meaning of our own life. The world politics space is experiencing global transformation. As the leaders organization of the existing global school of management will not reflect the growth and influence of non-western countries, while facing to the modern challenges, these countries is low efficient and cannot be in the face of these challenges. Therefore, the new and more comprehensive global regulatory mechanism is being established to replace the old mechanism, which mostly happen at security field (Shanghai Cooperation Organization, BRICS, i.e. Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa), economic field (Eurasian Economic Union, Belt and Road) and financial field (Development Bank of BRICS, Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank) at the present.
