Аннотация:X-ray diffraction method has been improved for the study of the anharmonic interaction in some ferroelectric oxides. The temperature dependencies of the thermal vibration parameter<Uk2> of individual sublattices and other important lattice dynamic parameters for a number of perovskites (KTaO3, Pb(Fe0.5 Nb0.5)O3, Pb(Fe0.5 Ta0.5)O3) and pyrochlore Cd2Nb2O7 are presented. It is shown that there is a noticeable anharmonicity in the vibrations of some ions, which therefore must be considered as a ferroelectric active.
