Аннотация:Theory and practice of management as any other social phenomenon has its own laws. Some of them are manifested in the change of the leading positions of professional groups in the formulation and development of the main problems of the theory of control at a certain historical stage of development management. Summary of the main directions of development of modern management concepts indicates a constant search for new forms and methods of rationalization of management, changes in the organizational culture of the enterprise. The most important factor of these changes can be a management culture of the head. A rational beginning, know-how, cutting-edge ideas and science-based technology are of special importance in the management culture. Without an upto-date understanding of the basics of management, society cannot be reformed and government regulation is performed inefficiently. Management is about achieving goals, reaching society's objectives, organizations using specific methods and practices to obtain an end result. It goes without saying that distinct managerial action starts with getting to know the essence of the processes at hand, proposing new ideas and policies, which first and foremost characterize managerial substance and the level of managerial mentality. Management cannot be performed efficiently without being able to put forth social goals, shape managerial objectives, and then find the right methods to achieve them.
