Аннотация:Children's literature has a special place and role among the subjects taught in the philological faculties of universities. The literature of each nation is one of the indicators and the basis of its spiritual spirit, culture and existence. From time to time, literature has been one of the authoritative sources reflecting the multifaceted culture and worldview of the Azerbaijani people. Literature is also a mirror of the time and society. The historical value of our people, its place among the peoples of the world, its national and spiritual features have been reflected in its literature and have come a long and interesting way. With its successes and special qualities in the process of development, Azerbaijani literature has left its mark on the literature of the East, as well as the world, and has had a unique position. In this sense, children's literature should not be forgotten.
