Аннотация:Determination of main characteristics of semicontinuous and continuous processes of biomass accumulation of microalgae Chlorella vulgaris cells in mineral medium was the goal of this work. At the first stage of the work the process of semicontinuous accumulation of Chlorella vulgaris cell biomass was realized and the influence of cultivation conditions on characteristics of the process was investigated. Possible prolonged maintenance of the culture of green microalgae C. vulgaris in the mineral medium under semicontinuous conditions was demonstrated. Further, the process of biomass accumulation of C. vulgaris cells in continuous regime was carried out. Possible scaling of the process was revealed. It was established that 20 l-photobioreactor can be successfully applied for biomass production at concentration of 8-10 g/l and long-term maintenance (at least 50 days) of C. vulgaris cells.
