Аннотация:A tunnel nanostrucrure with a complex potential barrier on the basis of a perforated monomolecular LB-film with incorporated single fullerene molecule has been produced by means of STM. The study of tunnel transport in the nanostructure was produced by STS methods. A peak in the density of electronic states and the presence of an energy gap in the density of electronic states were clearly observed. C-60 and C-70 fullerene films have been investigated by STM/STS method.
