Effect of low frequency magnetic field in the presence of magnetic nanoparticles on biomolecules and bioprocesses: prospects and drawbacksтезисы доклада

Аннотация:Electromagnetic field was always interesting for scientists studying external physical factors influencing biological objects. In the last decades, effects of magnetic field on magnetic particles containing cells or different cell’s components attracted close attention in respect to the benefits giving both for different applications ( drug delivery, diagnostics, for example) and fundamental studies (structure – mechanisms of biological processes). In the work presented, effects of magneto-mechanical actuation of magnetic nanoparticles containing proteins (enzymes), biological membranes (liposomes, exosomes) or whole cells in low frequency magnetic fields will be discussed with their major challenges and offering opportunities.
