Аннотация:The important direction of the large-sized large-lengthened solid propellant rocket motors (SPRM) improvement is investigation of methods of optimal organization of the intrachamber processes development of the SPRM initial stage operation with the purpose of reduction of impact and vibrational actions on the rocket and its systems. At use of traditional ignition system (IS) design schemes in the large-lengthened SPRM, the reliable ignition of the most distant (from the IS) solid propellant charge channel surface parts is not always provided. On the basis of results of mathematical modeling of the physics-chemical processes, accompanying the IS traditional designs operation in the large-sized large-lengthened SPRM, the appropriate technology for prevention of the solid propellant charge anomalous ignition regimes was developed. This technology provides monotony of the SPRM operation during the start period. For practical realization of new ignition technology, special SPRM IS design schemes were elaborated. Offered ignition technology allows to provide a necessary level of the heat supply to the most distant (from the IS) solid propellant charge channel surface parts, without increase of the pressure level in the IS case and without increase of the pressure level in the SPRM chamber. For analysis of the developed IS design effectiveness, the numerical modeling of the physics- chemical processes, accompanying the IS operation is conducted.
