Аннотация:The composition of ejecting products and plume parameters in the course of laser evaporation of biological tissues are experimentally studied. Different forces acting upon ejected particles in gas flow are evaluated. It is shown that aerodynamic drag is the dominant force in the given problem. The movement of particles in the turbulent exhaust flow is simulated by the example of water drops accounting for the change of their size due to laser-induced evaporation. The backscattered radiation signal from the moving particles is studied along with its change down the jet axial distance. It is shown that in considered conditions the backscattered signal is formed mainly near the surface of a sample
