Аннотация:80 patients with centers in the hypothalamic regions were studied for revealing correlates of higher cortical functions disorders and some peculiarities of electrical process by the computer data. The study was performed in dynamics: in the operative compensatory state, early periods - 1-4 days, follow-up periods - 7, 10, 15 days after operation on tumor removal. There were analyzed cases with favorable and complicated postoperative course. The center of the hypothalamic region cases destruction of normal intercentral relations rhythms which increases alongside with the aggravation of higher cortical functions disorders (mnestic emotional-affective disorders, conscience oppression together with sleep inversion-awakeness). EEG coherent relations alterations are characterized by their general decrease with the greatest expressiveness of structural relations disorders in frontal cortex. In slight cortical functions disorders the destruction of high-frequency alpha-rhythm structure together with a great coherence decrease in frontal cortex is observed. When the center is too deep, after the coherence increase in the delta-rhythm rang against the background of the general EEG relations decrease some new pathological coherence relations different from the standard occur. In patients with centers in the hypothalamus was revealed a specific zone of localization of delta and teta-activity sources (according to BRAINLOCK methods) in medial-basal brain portions, so different from the centers localized in other hemispheric portion. At most the expressiveness of the source is revealed in slightest pathology of higher cortical functions. With the hypothalamic center growing deeper and with the aggravation of pathological disorders of higher cortical functions the sources expressiveness gradually decreases up to their complete disintegration in coma.
