Аннотация:we studied the phase transformations in thecement based on tricalcium phosphate (αTCP) containing octacalcium phosphate (OCP). The experimentally determined setting time of the cementincreases from 5 to 63 min as the content of OCPincreases from 10 to 50 wt % in the cement powder.For the optimal content of the powder (60% of αTCPand 40% of OCP), the setting time is 10 min, pH 6.7.In the set cement, the αTCP/DCPD/HA/OCPphase ratio is 27/38/20/15. The compression strengthof the cement reaches 30 MPa within 2 days aftergrouting. The cement has a higher dissolution rate inthe isotonic solution as compared with αTCP.
