Аннотация:Currently, studies of the effect of antibiotics on plant organisms by phytotesting methods are widespread and relevant. The basis of them is the sensitivity of plant to external effects represented by changes morphological parameters. The aim of this article is to assess the effect of antibiotic mixtures of benzylpenicillin, oxytetracycline and tylosin on phytotoxicity of sod-podzolic soil. Soft wheat of winter variety (Triticum aestivum L.) is taken as the test crop. Antibiotics impacts were assessed by values of Toxic Effects (TE) for test parameters (roots length, shoots height, germination) and Integral Toxic Effect (ITE). Reliable positive correlation of toxic effects of antibiotics concentration on roots length was defined by the reaction of mixtures of oxytetracycline with benzylpenicillin, oxytetracycline with tylosin and triple blend and for the effects on shoots height the correlation existed for mixtures of tylosin with oxytetracycline, tylosin with benzylpenicillin and triple blend. Reliable positive correlation was as well observed for Integral Toxic Effect and mixture of oxytetracycline with tylosin and blend of the three antibiotics. It is shown that antibiotic mixtures are able to exert stimulatory effect on wheat germ. Antibiotics mixtures exhibit both synergistic and antagonistic effects as compared with their separate use, which depends on the composition and concentration of test mixtures.
