Аннотация:Linguistic and cultural knowledge correlation deserves special attention in terms of teaching English as an international language, based on the thesis that language first and foremost belongs to those who use it, due to the fact that English is the means of international communication in the global world. At the same time it should always be borne in mind that English is characterised by its own conceptual basis and language consciousness and is inseparably connected with the corresponding culture. Thus, the new conceptual approach based on linguistic and cultural knowledge correlation should be elaborated as referred to English teaching, with taking the learning context into special consideration.
