Аннотация:We consider the stabilization of the satellite relative equilibrium in a circular orbit in the presence of an electrodynamic satellite attitude control system that uses simultaneously the control moments of the magnetic and Lorentzian forces. It is shown that the linearized system of equations of motion belongs to a special type of linear nonstationary systems reduced to stationary. On the basis of the reduced stationary system, controllability was investigated and efficient optimal stabilization algorithms were constructed. A detailed simulation of the proposed algorithms for orbits of different inclinations confirming the effectiveness of the developed procedure was carried out.
