Аннотация:The collection of aerosol nanoparticles by filters composed of nanofibers has been theoreticallyinvestigated. The convective diffusion deposition of point particles from a Stokes flow in model filters with an ordered structure has been calculated taking into account the effect of gas slip at the fibers. It has beenshown that, at small Peclet numbers Pe, the efficiency of diffusion collection of particles by a fiber does not depend on the Knudsen number Kn, while, at large Peclet numbers Pe>>1, it varies from eta ~ Pe^(-2/3) at Kn= 0 to eta ~ Pe^(-1/2) at Kn >= 1. The applicability regions have been determined for the equations used to calculatenanoaerosol collection efficiency. The calculation results have been employed to derive approximationformulas for the collection efficiency within ranges of Pe = 0.1 − 1000 and Kn = 0 - 1.DOI: 10.1134/S1061933X21060065
