Аннотация:A reactor based on a linear electromagnetic convert with intense stirring of the reaction mixture was used for enzymatic saccharification of cellulose. The mixture was stirred by ferromagnetic particles placed into the reactor. The reactor considerably increased the efficiency of the process. The influence of certain factors (the form, dimension, and mass of ferromagnetic particles; the strength of the magnetic field; and the concentrations of substrate and enzyme) on the enzymatic hydrolysis of various cellulose substrates in this reactor was studied.
