Аннотация:https://doi.org/10.1142/13149 Multi-channel astronomy is one of the most important and rapidly developingfield of modern physics. The bright result of multi-channel observations issimultaneous detection of gravitational wave and gamma ray bursts associatedwith neutron star merging. Such observations open a new window of study ofUniverse. Thus, it is very actually the further study of astrophysical phenomenain hard X-Rays and gamma rays in orbital experiments together with groundobservations of gravitational waves, neutrino and ultra-high energy cosmic rays. From this point it seems that small satellites of cubsat type are quite appropriatefor multi-channel observations of astrophysical transients because it is thecheapest way to realize the all-sky monitor observations by orbital tools. D.V.Skobeltsyn Institute of Nuclear Physics of the M.V. Lomonosov Moscow StateUniversity (SINP MSU) is developing the new project Universat-SOCRATintended for operational monitoring of near-Earth’s radiation environment andmonitoring of electromagnetic transients in the optical, UV, X-ray and gammaranges. There are discussed the first results of measurements of chargedparticles, gamma quantum fluxes and UV-emission from the atmosphere inseveral cubesat missions, which were successfully launched in 2019, 2020.
