Аннотация:The features of the formation of organosilica shells from γ-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane on thesurface of gold nanorods and the possibilities of using the prepared composite particles as means of combined tumor therapy are discussed. It is shown that the presence of SH functional groups, which are able to coordinate with platinum ions, in the shells makes it possible to load rather large amounts of an anticancer drug, cisplatin, into them. Quantitative data are obtained on the regularities of the sorption of this drug and the influence of the pH and ionic strength of a solution on the kinetics of its desorption.
