Аннотация:The results of the Light-Induced EPR (LEPR) study of magnetic, relaxation and dynamic parameters of charge carriers stabilized in polyaniline highly doped with para-toluenesulfonic acid (PANI:pTSA) and spin pairs background photoinitiated in bulk heterojunctions formed by poly(3-dodecylthiophene) with [6,6]-phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester (P3DDT:PCBM) as well as in appropriate PANI:pTSA/P3DDT:PCBM composites are described. Basic magnetic resonance parameters of polarons and methanofullerene ion radicals in these bulk heterojunctions were determined separately from their deconvoluted LEPR spectra. There have been shown that exchange interactions between polarons on neighboring chains of different polymer matrixes affect on effective magnetic, relaxation and dynamic parameters of charge carriers in studied compounds and depends on composition. There have been obtained the activation energies and others parameters of the spin exchange in different spin ensembles. These parameters were shown to be governed by irradiation with light of bulk heterojunctions P3DDT:PCBM.
