Study of Reactions with the Emission of Protons on 179, 180Hfстатья

- Аннотация: The yield of the (γ, p) reaction is measured in terms of bremsstrahlung γ rays with an endpoint energy of 20 MeV on hafnium targets of natural composition (HfO2) and enriched in 180Hf. Experiments are performed by measuring the activity of radionuclides produced in (γ, p) reactions on 179,180Hf upon irradiation at the Varian Trilogy electron accelerator. Weighted average yields of (γ, p) reactions with bremsstrahlung γ rays and an endpoint energy of 20 MeV on 179, 180Hf nuclei are measured for the first time, and the isomeric ratio of 178m, gLu yields is determined. Semidirect processes are shown to dominate in reactions with the emission of charged particles.
