Аннотация:Self-injurious thoughts and behavior, or non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) refer to any deliberate self-directed actions leading to body damage without suicidal risk. These actions are usually implemented in many ways, such as cutting or burning skin, creating obstacles to wound healing. Since NSSI has potential to become a risk factor for future suicidal actions, NSSI research remains extremely relevant. Studies showed that digital behavioral markers of NSSI, i.e. number of publications on self-harm on Instagram, were close to 2.4 million (Moreno et al., 2016). Due to widespread use of social media, its data can be promising for mental health screening, as well as for mental disorders risk factors monitoring.
