Аннотация:Abstract—The normal functioning of the adult organism is based on the processes of maintaining homeostasis, tissue repair, and regeneration. An important role in the regulation of these processes is played by a specialgroup of postnatal stem cells: multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs). The functional activity ofMSCs is under strict neuroendocrine control. In this review, the features of the mechanisms for regulatinghormonal sensitivity of MSCs are considered. Since most endocrine hormones and neurotransmitters act onMSCs through G-protein-associated receptors (seven-transmembrane domain receptors), this work wasfocused primarily on the sensitive regulatory mechanisms of this type of receptors. All the mechanisms discussed have been lined up in order from fairly simple and well-studied processes, such as receptor phosphorylation, to such complex mechanisms as the regulation of a whole tissue cell heterogeneous population, wherethe role of the sensor cells and signal effector cells is specifically described
