- Аннотация: For the model of a multi-node energy market, the problem of maximizing social welfare is considered. Social welfare refers to the difference between the total utility of consumption and total production and transportation costs. Algorithms for solving this problem are proposed in our previous papers. These algorithms can be used to assess the prospects for gasification of arbitrary non-gasified regions of the country, if estimates of the initial parameters of the model are known - the functions of production costs and demand in nodes and the functions of transmission costs in lines. In this paper, methods for obtaining such estimates are proposed, as well as the results of the analysis of the prospects for gasification of Irkutsk oblast obtained using the described approaches are presented.
