Аннотация:The spectrum of optical path difference (OPD) fluctuations depending on changes of leech neuron membrane potential level was investigated with the method of Dynamic Phase Microscopy (DPM). Regular OPD changes in interval 1-3 Hz caused by neuron plasmatic membrane oscillations were revealed in quiescent state. The frequencies appearance probability decreases during membrane depolarization provoked by increasing of extracellular K+ concentration or K+-channels blocking. It was supposed that the neuron membrane OPD fluctuations changes during K+-depolarization or under acetylcholine influence are caused the changes of membrane proteins and lipids lateral diffusion velocity.
