Expression of MYC, FOS, and RAS oncogenes correlates with progression of cervical carcinomasтезисы доклада

- Аннотация: Using immunoblotting with specific polyclonal antibodies the frequency and level of myc, fos, ras and p53 protein expression was studied in 57 squamous-call cervical carcinomas, 25 cases of adjacent normal cervical tissues and 20 normal cervical tissues. The frequency of myc and fos expression was the same in tumors and adjacent cervical tissue and much higher than in normal cervix. Expression of myc increased at Ib stage. fos - at II stage and ras - at IIb and III stages. 80% of patients with lymph node metastases had overexpression of myc, fos, and ras proteins. However expression of p53 was higher in normal then in malignant and adjacent cevical tissues.
