Аннотация:On the basis of the IFKhAN-29TM atmospheric corrosion inhibitor, binary and ternary mixtureshave been developed for the protection of low-carbon steel in solutions of mineral acids in a wide temperature range. It is recommended to introduce the developed compositions into an aggressive environment in the form of a solution in white spirit. The binary mixture additionally containing Catamine AB is capable of protecting St3 steel in a 2 M HCl solution at temperatures up to 80°C. A three-component mixture modified with Captax effectively slows down the corrosion of steel in a 2 M H2SO4 solution at T ≤ 80°C and in a 2 M H3PO4 solution at T ≤ 95°C. The high anticorrosion effect of the developed inhibitor compositions on steel in solutions of mineral acids is a result of their effective inhibition of the electrode reactions involving metal. It is shown that the addition of white spirit enhances the inhibitory effect of the studied mixed inhibitors on the cathodic and anodic reactions of steel and on the entire corrosion process.
