Аннотация:In the present work, a comprehensive study of alloys Pd93.90In5.64Ru0.46 and Pd91.51Y8.49 (all numeral indexes are in at.%) by precision X-ray diffraction (XRD) using synchrotron radiation (SR), by magnetometric method and energy-dispersive X-ray analysis (EDXA) using a Helios scanning electron-ion microscope, is carried out. The changes in the structural and phase states of dehydrated samples after their re-hydrogenation are considered in order to study the effect of cyclic hydrogen exposure on changes in the structure-sensitive properties of membrane alloys. Re-hydrogenation was performed from the gas phase at 573 K-1.7 MPa. Measurements of changes in magnetization of samples over a range of temperatures 75-300 K in an external magnetic field up to 13 kOe were made. The influence of palladium alloying element on changes in the magnetic susceptibility of alloys is considered. The presence of spontaneous magnetization of samples was established, and its temperature dependence for alloys was considered.
