Аннотация:Low ouabain concentration is shown to decraese intracellular K and to increase intracellular na in human fibroblast cell cultures, The same ouabain concentrations was without effect upon Ka and Na in rodent cultured suac as BHK-221, mouse fibroblast and rat glioma C6 cells. Intracellular K and Na in the vixed cultures of human and BHK-21 fibroblasts were found to be resistent to ouabainwhereas that of the mixture of human and rat glioma C6 cells proved to be ouabain-sensitive.The gap-junction-mediated dry trtansfer was revealed between human and BHK-21 cells.Such an effect was very small in the human-C6 cell mixed culture.
