Аннотация:Conductivity for an ultradispersed SnO2 ceramic with an average crystallite size varied from 3 to 22 nm has been studied by voltammetry in fields of up to 2000 V/cm at room temperature. It was shown that current-voltage (I-V) characteristics are nonlinear at field strengths exceeding 200 V/cm. An analysis of the experimental data demonstrated that the characteristic distance between barriers that give rise to the nonlinearity in the I-V characteristics is similar to 1 mu m in all of the samples studied.
