Opto electronictransistoreectinap olarquantumsystemdrivenbyatrichromaticeldÎïòîýëåêòðîííûéòðàíçèñòîðíûéýôôåêòâïîëÿðíîéêâàíòîâîéñèñòåìå,âîçáóæäàåìîéòðèõðîìàòè÷åñêèìïîëåìN.N.Bogolyubov(Jr.)a,1,A.V.Soldatova,2aDepartmentofMechanics,V.A.SteklovMathematicalInstituteoftheRussianAcademyofSciences,8,Gubkinastr.,Moscow,119991,Russia.Theuorescentradiativeprop ertiesofatwo-levelquantump olarsystemwithbrokenspatialinversionsymmetryb eingrealizedasamo delofasingle-electrontwo-levelatomwithp ermanentatomicelectricdip olemoment,sothatitselectricdip oleop eratordiagonalmatrixelementsarenotequaltoeachother,wereexam-ined.Inpractice,suchasystemcanb erealizedasanasymmetricquantumdot.Aparticularcasewhenthissystemisdrivenbyatrichromaticexternaleld,withtwohigh-frequencybichromaticeldcomp onentsofequalRabifrequenciesandcarrierfrequenciesb eingplacedsymmetricallyaroundtheatomictransitionfre-quency,andonemorelow-frequencycomp onentb einginresonancewiththeRabifrequencyofthehigh-frequencycomp onents,wasanalyzed.Itwasshownthatthehigh-frequencysp ectralprop ertiesoftheuorescentradiationcanb ealteredwithequaleciencyeitherbycontrollingtheintensityofthelow-frequencycomp onentofthetrichromaticdrivingeldorbychangingthedegreeofthequantumdotasymmetry.Possibleoptionstoapplythisp otentiallyusefuleectforpracticalpurp osesintheeldofopto electronicsarealsodiscussed.
