Аннотация:The formation processes and properties of the Fe-NbC nanocomposite produced by magnetic pulse compaction of the powder mechanically synthesized from (82at.%)Fe and (18at.%)Nb in toluene have been studied. Mechanosynthesis results in the formation of the powder of a complicated phase composition.The phases are presented as an X-ray amorphous phase based on carbide and NbC.The powder compaction leads to the formation of the Fe+NbC+Fe3C nanocomposite with high microhardness of 12 GPa.
