Аннотация:У самок белых крыс острая нормобарическая гипоксия, проведенная на 4-5-й дни беременности (период прогестации), на 32.5% увеличивала локальный мозговой кровоток (р In white rats females subjected to acute normobaric hypoxia on the 4-5th day of pregnancy the local cerebral blood flow was significantly increased in the group of highly hypoxia-resistant animals whereas remained unchanged in the group with low resistance. Preliminary intranasal injection of peptide complex consisted of semax (Met-Glu-His-Phe-Pro-Gly-Pro, 0.1 mg/kg) and P-casomorphin-7 (Tyr-Pro-Phe-Pro-Gly-Pro-He, 0.1 mg/kg) inhibited hypoxia induced effects.
