Аннотация:The specific microregions with high degree of ferromagnetic ordering (so-called "magnetic clusters")are formed in doped ferromagnetic semiconductors due to s-d exchange around the non-ionized donors even at non-zero temperatures. The influence of these clusters both on the magnetic and electrical properties of crystalsis rather significant. In particular, they lead to a shift of paramagnetic Curie temperature,.In the present paper physical effects confirming the existence of the magnetic clusters in doped CdCr2Se4 and CdCr2S4 will be demonstrated. This is the next effects: photocurrent minimum and negative photomagnetoresistance maximum in the vicinity of the Curie point in single crystals of Cd(1-x)GaxCr2Se4; positive magnetoresistance of the single srystals Cd(1-x)InxCr2Se4 a litle above Curie point; the shift of the paramagnetic Curie poit from x in Cd(1-x)CuxCr2Se4.
