Аннотация:The effect of Fischer-Tropsch (FT)-conditions on characteristics of fuel and the effect of type and content of zeolite in composition of Pt-catalysts on isomerization and cracking activity of catalysts in reaction of isomerization of n-hexane and gasoline fraction in conditions of industrial process were studied. Gasoline fraction obtained on Co catalyst by FT-synthesis had insufficiently high octane number due to low content of olefins and isoparaffins. Selectivity of i-C6 increased in line USY > Y > MOR > β > ZVM for catalysts with same content of zeolite. MOR and USY zeolite catalysts had maximum amount of 2,3-dimethylbutane in products of n-hexane isomerization at 300° and 350°C. Modification of zeolite Y into USY led to increasing of n-hexane conversion and selectivity of i-C6. 2,3-Dimethylbutane had highest RON 101.7 among all isohexanes, compared with 2-methylpentane 73.4 and 3-methylpentane 74.5.
