Аннотация:The report examines the most important features of Russian Buddhism, its differences from traditional Buddhism in Tibet and China, as well as from modern Buddhism in Western countries; the reasons forthe formation of these features are determined; directions for further research in the field of sociology of Russian Buddhism are proposed.
