Аннотация:In this work, the properties of 0.2ZnO−0.8TeO2 glasses with different synthesis conditions were synthesized and studied. Er2O3,Yb2O3,Nd2O3 in the composition of 0.1 mole fraction were used as dopants. High-purity tellurium oxide (5N) and high-purity zinc oxide (5N) are used as the main matrix material. The resulting glasses can be used for fiber optics or detectors of IR radiation.
