Аннотация:In this work, the cross section of the phase diagram of the Zn-Te-O system at a temperature of 823 K was clarified experimentally using the high-temperature equilibrium quenching method. During the work, the T-x cross section was studied within the chosen temperature and 6 monovariant equilibria were clarified. It has been demonstrated that the Zn 2 Te 3 O 8 compound is shifted to the region of oxygen deficiency. Fundamental research was carried out using high-purity reagents, which eliminates the influence of impurity elements on the phase equilibria under study.
