Аннотация:Separation kinetics of concentrated extracting emulsions was investigated. It was shown that the compaction of emulsion structure due to the settlement of internal phase drops and the structural sedimentation proceeded at the initial instants of time. Effect of internal phase content and dispersed medium viscosity on the rate of emulsions sedimentation separation as well as the effect of sorbitanoleate concentration on the stability to coalescence of concentrated water-in-oil emulsions were studied.
