Аннотация:CALLOSELASMA RHODOSTOMA (Malayan Pitviper). MYANMAR: KAYIN: Kawkareik District: Kawkareik Township (ca. 16.85342°N, 97.73549°E; WGS 84), 70 m elev. 1 June 2022. N. Min. Verified by I. Das. Herpetological Collection, Duy Tan University (DTU 655; photo voucher). Individual found at 1800 h while lying motionless on timber forest covered with dry leaves; the habitat was secondary forest. First record for Myanmar as well as the northwest-most record for species; the locality is ca. 90 airline km southwest of the nearest known population in Doi Inthanon National Park, Chiang Mai Province, Thailand (Chan-ard et al. 2015. A Field Guide to the Reptiles of Thailand. Oxford University Press, New York, New York. 352 pp.). The species also occurs in southern Vietnam, central and southern Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Penisular Malaysia, and Indonesia (Poyarkov et al. 2023. Russian J. Herpetol. 30:255–476).
