- Аннотация: The article dwells upon a topical problem related to infringement of constitutional rights of citizens in case of declaration of informational materials as extremist. The key aspect of this problem is the question of confiscation of such materials at the place they were found without any proper judicial procedure. Thus, an attempt is made to analyze the existing law enforcement practice regarding the problem with the purpose to identify the defects of the legislation in force and to suggest the specific mechanisms for correction of the same.
