Clement, Chatenay-Malabry, F-92296, France. *E-mail: valeryvassiliev@yahoo.fr A new approach of mutual coherence of the thermodynamic data of the AIIIBV phases on the base of own and literature data [1-3] and their band gaps at 298 K is proposed. Maximum melting temperature of AIIIBV compounds and the sum of the atomic numbers of the elements composing a phase have been used as criteria to obtain the optimized data. A critical analysis and recommendations concerning the most realistic experimental and calculated data are presented. The set of the enthalpies of formation (±0.4 kJ/mol), free enthalpies (±0.5-1.0 kJ/mol), standard entropy (±0.5-1.0 J/molK), and entropies of formation, heat capacity (±0.2-0.4 J/molK), and band gap (±0.2 eV) of AIIIBV compounds have been obtained. Thermodynamic properties of unknown semiconductors TlN, and also insufficiently known compounds BP and BAs and their band gap have been evaluated. [1] Vassiliev V.P., Gachon J.-C.
