Аннотация:The scxattering transform at a fixed negative energy for the 2-d Schrodinger operator is developed. It is shown, that for arbitrary large real inverse data the integral equations are uniquelly solvable but the spectrum of corresponding operators is locate dabove this energy level. The proof is based on the Vekua's theory of generalized analityc functions. As a corollary the unique solvability of the inverse probles for the Kadomtsev-Petviashvili-2 equation is obtained.
