Аннотация:The paper considers the inverse problems of the optics of layered media related to the control of technological processes for depositing the most complex types of optical coatings in optics and optoelectronics. It is shown that, due to the specifics of these problems, the study of the error self-compensation effect plays an important role in solving them, leading to the conclusion that the spectral characteristics of the coating are close to the required ones, even with very large errors in the coating parameters. A practical example demonstrates an approach to choosing the optimal algorithm for solving inverse control problems, taking into account the presence and strength of the error self-compensation effect.
