Аннотация:A new method has been developed for determining the vertical coefficient of turbulent diffusionand estimating emissions of anthropogenic and natural impurities into the atmosphere based on data from altitude measurements of their concentrations in the atmospheric surface layer under conditions of stable or neutral atmospheric stratification. The computational method is based on “fast” stable numerical algorithms for solving coefficient inverse problems using asymptotic approximations in a small parameter of solutions to direct Neumann problems for the equation of transfer of passive and chemically active gases and aerosols in combination with observation data at different heights of the Moscow TV Tower. Using the modeling data, estimates of carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxide emissions into the atmosphere of Moscow have been made.
