Аннотация:A realistic model is presented which describes the influence of an electric field E on charge mobilities mu in polymers. This influence is explained by the decrease of the activation energy of the escape of the charge carriers from dipole traps with increase of E. The relations obtained are in good coincidence with experimental data. The model explains the observation of the Pool-Frenkel-type relation, in mu approximately E1/2, without unreal assumptions about the presence of charged traps in high concentration in the polymer matrix.
