Аннотация:New inhibitors of metal acid corrosion, which are triazol derivatives have been developed. Their investigation showed high effectiveness of low-carbon and high-strength steel protection from corrosion in acid solutions, including even such temperatures as t = 100 ÷ 140оC. In the present work there was investigated the effectiveness of non-corrosive steel protection by new inhibitors, at etching of which many of traditional inhibitors, widely used for steel acid etching, show low effectiveness or stimulate corrosion during protection.
It is shown that corrosion of chromium-nickel non-corrosive steel 1Х18Н9Т in 2М HCl и H2SO4 runs in the area of active metal solution. New inhibitors retard both electrode reactions of steel 1Х18Н9Т in these acids. They provide high degree of steel 1X18H9T protection from corrosion (Z more than 93%) and hydrogenation (Z more than 77%) in 2М HCl and H2SO4 (t = 60°C) even at conformably low concentrations (5mM), surpassing in this the famous industrial inhibitor of acid corrosion catamin АБ. Joint application of developed inhibitors with iodide and bromide anions in 2М H2SO4 increases retardation of corrosion process and steel hydrogenation substantially.
During etching of steel 12Х18H10Т in 2М HCl and H2SO4 at t = 80оC both triazol derivatives are also noticeably more effective inhibitors and acid corrosion than catamin АБ. For their effectiveness in H2SO4 solutions on this steel one can recommend additions of iodide and bromide anions.
