Аннотация:Influence of Bi(Mg0.5Ti0.5)O3 (BMT) on phase formation, unit cell parameters, microstructure, dielectric and ferroelectric properties of solid solutions close to the Morphotropic Phase Boundary in the (Na0.5Bi0.5)TiO3 – BaTiO3 system has been studied. The formation of samples with pure perovskite structure, characterized by increase in the unit cell parameters, and slight increase in the Tm value stimulated by BMT addition have been revealed. It was proved that modification of compositions by BMT additives leads to improvement of dielectric parameters
